Head of Department Material Purchasing (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the KEM department and lead them with sovereignty in your role as a manager of 5 employees. You are responsible for all procurement measures of the purchase of materials and at any time ensure the economical and economical supply of capital goods, consumables and special spare parts. You develop procurement strategies, build framework contracts in a targeted manner, use electronic marketplaces and actively promote the connection of web shops. You shall ensure the regular implementation of tenders on the basis of the applicable procurement law and take over the drawing in the context of defined workflow releases. You continuously optimize the processes in the purchase of materials and systematically improve the interfaces to warehouses, logistics and specialist areas. You are developing reporting and key payment systems strategically and provide a transparent, meaningful reporting system for the targeted management of your department.

You have completed their studies, ideally in the field of business management, purchasing or supply chain management. Alternatively, you have a completed commercial vocational training with specialist training to the farmer (m/w/d) and can have the same knowledge and skills through many years of professional experience. You can rely on several years of leadership experience in purchasing companies in industry or public sector. You have very good knowledge of the tendering and contract processing for purchase contracts (GWB, HGB, BGB, UVgO, VgV). Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office complete your profile. You convince by communication strength and possess the necessary enforcement capacity to implement decisions in a targeted manner.
