Our team “Liaison Management Attract & Hire” is always at the centre of action as an interface between HR, IT and our international locations. We are at the heart of the time when we are responsible for controlling the Attract & Hire topics within the framework of the global HR Transformation and thus actively shaping the future of the HR sector - always with the aim of ensuring an impressive candidate experience. We work very strategically with a focus on processes and products as well as in close cooperation with international HR locations. As part of this strategic work, you get your own work packages and these challenges come to you: Support in the finalization of our global Attract & Hire processes with focus on the integration of ServiceNow Participation in the final 2 end testing of the redesigned processes Active cooperation in product management ''Job Placement'' incl. Control via KPIs Active participation in team-internal meetings and workshops Insights into more topics within our department, such as talent networks, recruiting and onboarding Possibility to build a network for (international) HR teams as well as our departments The activity can start from January 2026.

Programme in the field of economics, BWL, business information technology or similar fields of study

You have already gained first practical experience in personnel, IT or strategic areas

Ideally, you have knowledge of HR IT systems such as e.g. Workday or ServiceNow

Very good user knowledge of MS-Office programs

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

You bring a quick understanding, a high interest in new questions and readiness to learn with

You are able to understand and visualize complex concepts, relationships and processes
