For the Vitos Youth Aid in the Idstein region, we are looking for educators or nurses (m/w/d) in full or part-time employment in the area of children and youth with cognitive impairments in the Kastanienwald housing group.

Tasks • You accompany children and adolescents with cognitive impairments and, in part, care needs in their education and development, encourage them and promote the special in each individual. • You are a close reference person of young people, with the need for support in social and learning behaviour, as well as some psychological vulnerabilities. • You plan, design and document educational processes, structure the daily routine and work with other institutions and the family of origin. • You work in a group of shiftworkers, partly overnight, weekends and holidays.

Profile • You have completed a training as a state-recognized educator, cure nurse (m/w/d) or a comparable training. • You are legally and professionally safe. • You work independently, reflect yourself and are interested in developing yourself professionally and personally. • You are owned by a passenger car license.

Further information • Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn €3.938 or €4.10 including SuE allowance, with long-term professional experience up to €5.5279 (based on TVöD-B pay group S8b, full-time, part-time). In addition, there is an annual special payment of 90% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. • With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, filling, supermarkets or in the restaurant. • We work intensively and offer advanced and advanced training, supervision, coaching and expert advice. • You can use offers of occupational health promotion; also bike leasing is possible. • We take into account your working time requirements in service planning and offer you a long-term professional perspective as well as the opportunity to change into other areas within the company.
