In this position you take a key role in our company success: You ensure that our highly developed facilities work reliably in a technologically demanding environment of CERAN and ROBAX glass ceramic production - today and in the future. As a manager (m/w/d) of mechanical and electrical maintenance, you combine technical excellence with modern guidance and vision. You create the framework conditions so that your team can work successfully and achieve measurable improvements together. Your duties You lead and develop a dedicated team of up to 35 mechanics and electric specialists You ensure high plant availability and continuously improve these You design, implement and refine modern maintenance strategies (preventive, condition-oriented, predictive) You not only analyze disorders - You solve them sustainably You take over budget and cost responsibility and make sound economic decisions You are driving innovation and digitalization actively and sustainably in your area You work proactively at eye level with production, engineering and management You are shaping renovations, modernizations and strategic projects with Your profile Engineering Studies in Mechanical Engineering/Electric Engineering/Mechatronics Ideally multi-year to long-term leadership experience in the industrial environment Alternative expertise in managing and managing technical projects Multiannual experience in or close to industrial maintenance Joy in taking responsibility and taking people with you Solid know-how in mechanics, electrical engineering and basic automation Experience with SAP PM/EAM (OPRA) or alternative IT-based tools Structured thinking, decision strength and hands-on mentality High safety and quality awareness Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
