Disposition and coordination of export orders Coordination of transport order flow within transport and order management, operational logistics and service providers Combination of export orders to freight shipments as a function of modes of transport, product characteristics, according to customer requirements, costs and quality Supply/production of all country-specific documents required for shipping and export (e.g. invoices, dangerous goods documents, export accompanying documents, export declaration) Compliance with the requirements of external economic law/export control Planning, preparation and regular verification of shipping plans with all affected interfaces (internal and external) Compliance with additional special agreements (e.g. accreditation and import licence regulations, customer requests) and other restrictions (e.g. air freight safety) Continuous optimisation of the country's administration in terms of costs, process, quality and runtime in cooperation with order management, operational logistics of further internal and external interfaces (e.g. service providers) Continuous optimization of the country's administration in terms of costs, process, quality and runtime in cooperation with order management, operational logistics, further internal and external interfaces (e.g. service providers) deriving measures and maintaining the implementation including Documentation Communication to internal bodies, customers and service providers complaint processing according to Global Supply Chain Standards including the corrective and preventive measures to be initiated Maintenance of land legislation and regular updating
