In the area of Remote Services within our Service Division at the Dortmund location, we are looking for you for approx. 19 hours a week at the next possible time than

Support of the KHS remote maintenance system, including commissioning, technical clarification with customers in implementing a remote maintenance connection and support in malfunctions including the corresponding troubleshooting Management of project-specific milestones for remote maintenance Creation of internal evaluations, e.g. using MySQL Creating remote maintenance contracts and billing of (customer) tickets Support for customer and service technicians in commercial, organizational and technical questions

Studies in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Similar Interest and curiosity in network technology and remote maintenance solutions and willingness to work on these topics First programming knowledge of PHP, MySQL or Python of advantage – but above all the interest to learn it Very good English in word and writing Fun to solve technical challenges and troubleshoot efficiently Interest in business processes Careful and independent operation and the ability to manage smaller projects independently Team skills, hand-on mentality and an independent and structured way of working
