Remuneration: Attractive salary with regular tariff increases, levels of experience and an annual bonus Your tasks as an architect | Bauingenieur Hochbau (w/m/d): Planning and technical project work: You actively participate in DHL Group's construction and real estate projects and support planning services, in particular in the performance phases 1–4 (e.g. in the case of new buildings, renovations in stock and modernization measures). In addition, you will work with technical analyses and evaluations in the context of Technical Due Diligences (TDD). Plan documents and digital planning: You process, check and structure plan documents and work with CAD and BIM software (e.g. AutoCAD and Revit). In addition, ensure a comprehensible documentation and structured archiving of project-related documents. Performance and accounting processes: You accompany the control and documentation of performance recording sheets, support project-related bookings and contribute to the maintenance of corresponding project documentation and systems (e.g. VDOK). Project-related system and process work: You cooperate in project-related commercial and system-side processes and support the processing of corresponding processes, in particular in SAP. Special tasks in the construction environment: You take on project-related special tasks in the construction management environment and work with the structured preparation of project-relevant documents and information Profile: Complete study in the field of architecture or civil engineering (construction) or a comparable qualification with reference to the planning and implementation of construction projects First to multiannual experience in the planning or processing of construction projects, ideally in the context of new buildings, renovations in the existing or modernization measures.
