Werkstudent Renewal Management/ Inside Sales (m/f/d)

In this position, you support Renewal Management in organizing and maintaining important contract and customer data. You will get insights into central processes of sales and work closely with different teams. Your tasks include the collection, maintenance and updating of contract and renewal data in our internal tracking tool. In addition, you provide renewal-relevant information in a structured manner and make sure that all data is fully and correctly documented. Another part of your activity is the support for the creation of a quote - from the preparation of the documents to the handover to the inside sales team or the responsible account manager. In addition, you take over administrative tasks such as the storage of documents, data research and the systematic maintenance of customer and contract data. The inside-sales team is also supported in the operating daily business, for example in the preparation of price or product information, in internal votes or smaller project work. Through close cooperation with colleagues from Inside Sales, Account and Key account management as well as the deployment control gives you comprehensive insight into the processes of modern sales.

An ongoing study is expected, ideally in an economic course. A thorough, reliable and structured way of working naturally belongs to your strengths, especially in handling data and their quality. For this position, you will bring a structured way of working, willingness to learn and interest in processes close to sales. At the same time, you convince by reliability, team capability and a secure handling of digital tools. Joy of operational tasks as well as a quick understanding and a high level of readiness to learn help you quickly get involved in new topics. When dealing with Excel and digital tools, you feel safe; first experiences with CRM systems such as Navision are of advantage. A clear, friendly and professional communication distinguishes you - both within the team and in exchange with internal stakeholders.
