Your task:

• Development and updating of current general personnel development and retention instruments for the staff of the Hamburg tax administration
• Presentation of existing and new concepts within suitable formats, such as tutorials, training and handouts
• Preparing and implementing specific staff retention measures
• Participation in answering political questions on personnel issues
• Creation and implementation of concepts and content for the training of tax administration managers

Your profile:

Required

• Higher education (master or equivalent) in administrative, legal or economic sciences, communication or a comparable discipline or equivalent skills and experience based on a completed degree (bachelor or equivalent) of the above-mentioned subject areas or a comparable field of study and additionally at least four years of relevant professional experience with master-level activities
• German knowledge at least on C1 level in word and writing
