As a team leader of our team “Fahrrad” you are responsible for the effective planning and distribution of tasks taking into account the optimal utilization and capacity planning. They ensure the professionally correct and timely performance of the team to the satisfaction of our domestic and foreign customers. It is your task not only to plan measures to increase efficiency, but also to implement them cost-effectively. The assessment and approval of the applicable test bases and the application of legal regulations and regulations are part of your task. Safe, independent and exemplary working in all areas. They identify sources of error in complaints and are responsible for defining and implementing adequate corrective measures. The promotion and ongoing qualification of your employees is under your leadership. They support the laboratory and department management in personnel planning as well as the technical orientation and further development of the area of bicycle testing. As a central contact person, you are in constant exchange with technical and commercial areas and thus contribute to seamless cooperation. Through the work of the committee and cooperation with associations, you will also use your expertise outside the group.
