You take responsibility for 1-2 interdisciplinary development teams and actively promote the development of the agile mindset both within the teams and beyond. You moderate Scrum meetings and coach all project participants. You are equally effective both in the team and in contact with the customer. You work closely with our Product Owners, Project Leads and other internal and external stakeholders. You actively participate in organizational development.

Relevant professional experience, ideally in a company or in the context of (IT) consulting Experience in support of self-organized teams by using agile methods and an agile mindset Very good communication with demanding customers Experience in working with an IT developer team Ideal knowledge of Agile Leadership, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Model Generation or other relevant methods Very good German knowledge (min. C1)
