As Junior Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you develop innovative and target-group-specific digital marketing strategies - and thus significantly shape the employer branding of the future. Campaign management: You are responsible for campaigns from the strategic conception, implementation and taxation to success measurement, linking your creative and analytical skills. Strategy & creativity: You have a good feeling for social media texts, enjoying journalistic work and enjoying digital marketing strategies and storytelling. Responsibility: Agencies tax you in the fields of creation, campaign control and moving image in partnership and at the same time result-oriented. Technology & Innovation: Using current trends, tools and technologies to improve the Candidate Journey. Teamwork: Cross-departmental cooperation with Talent Acquisition, our departments and other stakeholders completes your diverse task.

Complete study in journalism, communication, public relations, media, economic psychology, economics or a comparable subject area Up to 2 years of professional experience, e.g. in the field of employer branding, performance marketing or corporate communication Embossed linguistic skills and the ability to translate complex content into concise, target-group-oriented texts Ideally, you have first experiences in creating social media texts as well as dealing with Adobe Photoshop, web analytics tools or video formats Communication strength, creativity, analytical thinking and Can-do mentality
