In the role as a feature owner in the SAP environment of eCare, you are responsible for the design, administration and implementation of our electronic patient file (ePA) within the internal system landscape of BARMER. The end-to-end responsibility for the ePA account management of our insurers is in your hands – including all related processes such as revocation, briefing, cash change or consent. You always have a look at legal developments and new specifications. From this, you derive early relevant developments in the SAP system, initiate these with internal IT units as well as external service providers and actively accompany the implementation. Technical know-how about our BARMER internal systems as well as input/output management are used in a targeted and solution-oriented manner. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you work closely with product owners, IT architects, developers and service experts in an innovative work environment.

You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of health sciences, computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable subject – ideally focusing on digital health. Multiannual professional experience in the SAP environment brings you well-founded knowledge in areas such as SAP Customizing, Tables, Reports and the management of wastewater. Ideally, you have deeper knowledge of the (BARMER) account management and are well aware of the dependencies on internal systems and interfaces. Your experience in healthcare and your confidentiality with relevant regulatory frameworks – in particular the specifications of gematik – are also characterized. They work in a structured, independent and flexible manner – you can always keep an overview even with changing requirements. With a safe, value-assuring and convincing appearance, you communicate confidently – both in the team and in bodies or towards stakeholders. Very good knowledge of German at least C1 level round off your profile and allow you to communicate professionally in the German-speaking working environment.
