Legal advice on international and national M&A transactions, joint ventures, venture capital transactions and fund investments. Leading monitoring of transactions, in particular in the case of legal due diligence, structuring of transactions and the creation and negotiation of transaction documentation. Solution-oriented and pragmatic implementation of complex projects. Ensuring a smooth exchange of information among all project participants and coordination of internal and external coordination processes. Implementation of corporate law measures related to transactions.

Highly successful degree in law studies (full jury) with passed state exams. Multiannual, relevant professional experience in an international law firm or in a legal department of an international large company. Negotiating communication in German and English is absolutely necessary. Networked thinking and a pronounced understanding of business relationships as well as complex facts. Responsive action, discretion in dealing with confidential information as well as a structured and analytical manner. .
