Employees incoming goods inspection (m/f/d)

You carry out incoming goods checks for components manufactured specifically for our company and ensure their quality together with purchasing. The test includes metal assemblies, cables, electronic assemblies and plastic injection parts according to technical drawings, test specifications and test plans. You will start meaningful test reports, document measurement results and deviations systematically in the intended templates. Based on the evaluation of quality data, you will focus on the receipt of goods and the supplier audits. You take the samples of new or modified components and evaluate them with regard to dimensional accuracy, function and optics. As part of supplier management, you support supplier audits, check supplier services and contribute to improving delivery quality. You analyze test deviations, identify possible causes and initiate structured problem solutions together with purchasing, production and development. You work closely with the Purchasing, Production and Development interfaces to match technical requirements and quality criteria.

You have a good technical understanding and can safely interpret technical drawings, test instructions and specifications. You have completed a technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, metal processing, mechanical engineering, etc.). You work structured, carefully and solution-oriented; Experience in structured problem solving is desirable. You bring good communication skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility. You have good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing to clearly document results, deviations and suggestions for improvement and to communicate with international suppliers. You are willing to develop your team professionally, especially in the areas of quality testing and structured problem solving. Ideally, you have first experience in quality testing, incoming goods control or in handling suppliers.
