You develop strategic decision-making templates for the maintenance management of the company headquarters, analyzes market, competition and location trends, and thus manage optimization potential. In addition, you will develop recommendations for the further development of maintenance, sustainability and investment strategies and evaluate financing models as well as their economic sustainability. With a secure feel for complex relationships, you accompany feasibility studies, coordinate approval processes and work closely with internal departments as well as external engineers and architects. In addition, you will set up financing, risk and progress analyses, evaluate deviations and take concrete measures to mitigate risk, increase efficiency and ensure project financing. You are responsible for operating decision-making templates on the company's headquarters maintenance measures, analyse technical requirements of complex plants and develop concepts for increasing energy efficiency and plant availability. In addition, you prepare national and EU wide procurement procedures, evaluate offers, develop framework contracts and support management in strategic procurement decisions. Finally, you’ll arrange for structured final documentation, accompany the transfer to asset and property management and guide recommendations for future actions from project results.

You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering, in Electrical Engineering, TGA, Facility Management or have a comparable qualification with long-term professional experience with equivalent knowledge. In addition, you have extensive experience in the planning of maintenance measures and multi-year practice in project management within the maintenance area. Convinced with your broad expertise in business, industrial protection and procurement law You as well as with safe handling in SAP, especially SAP PM. In addition, you are characterized by a targeted working method and have strong communicative skills, enforcement ability and negotiation skills. You work team-oriented and actively contribute to constructive cooperation across specialist boundaries. Your high sense of decision, result orientation and a sovereign appearance complete your profile.
