Meister - Components Integration (m/f/d)

Responsible for the complete order processing from production to boat integration, including pre- and on-board installation of general ship equipment (e.g. anchor system, rescue equipment, hatch cover, weapon container, torpedo frame, swivel deck, torpedo front) as well as all necessary lock work according to technical drawings and local requirements. Planning, control and quality monitoring of the processing and assembly of large components to ensure timely and normative results. Professional processing of aluminium, stainless steel and steel sheets and profiles, including all necessary bending, cutting and welding work. Application of suitable methods for processing plastics to produce functional and durable components for shipbuilding. Coordination of the departments involved, documentation of work steps and close coordination with quality and safety management to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.

Complete vocational training in the mechanical field as well as successfully completed master or technician examination. Multiannual professional experience in the equipment and installation of complex components, complemented by proven leadership experience. Impressed performance and high design will, combined with strong enforcement capability in the implementation of projects. Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, resource planning and effective appointment control. Embossed communication and team skills, high social competence and resilient working in dynamic or stressful situations.
