Support our existing Scrum teams to implement innovative platform features in the form of User Stories Close cooperation with Requirement Management for analysis, structuring and prioritization of technical requirements Creation and maintenance of User Stories and support in sprint planning and backlog care in the SAFe framework Coordination of interfaces between business units, development and UX/UI - focusing on technical consistency and user centering Preparation and monitoring of workshops, reviews and internal coordination on continuous product improvement Takeover of second-level support tasks and participation in quality assurance of new features

Studies in Business Informatics, BWL or comparable training High affinity and enthusiasm for web applications and customer-centric focus Experiences in the application of IT project control tools (e.g. Atlassian products Jira and Confluence) and in agile project management (SCRUM, SAFe) Ideally knowledge in logistics processes Team player with organizational and communication talent Agile’s mindset and high planning and prioritization capability, decision-making skills and a high level of responsibility Good knowledge of German and English
