Clerical / Assistant in the Construction Department (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) for the next possible appointment

Support of the construction project management in the organizational and administrative construction project execution Tracking internal and external processes in the construction department Database management and digital archiving, file management and organization Support Order Processing and Accounting Preparation, coordination and organisation as well as preparation of appointments and meetings

Successfully completed commercial training with technical understanding or equivalent degree Practical experience in assistance or technical background Safe handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems Quick conception, independent and structured working
