For a location in the southwestern surrounding of Potsdam, we are looking for a project manager SHK / HLS (m/w/d), who is responsible for independent projects in the heating, sanitary and ventilation technology, and who is supporting the team in a professional manner. The position offers a special development perspective: With appropriate suitability, there is the possibility to gradually assume additional responsibility for leadership and organisation and to develop in the long term into a further management function at the site.

Independent management and control of versatile projects in heating, sanitary and ventilation technology – from the first request to the successful billing Technical project preparation, testing of customer requests as well as costing and supply creation Organisation and coordination of technicians, material resources, subcontractors and trade unions involved Supporting existing customers as well as regular visits to construction sites, meetings and coordination with other project participants Responsibility for project execution in line with deadline, cost and quality, including follow-up management, decreases and post-calculation Close cooperation with the Group's internal purchasing and other locations in implementing projects Perspective acquisition of additional management and organizational tasks at the site

Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, heater builder, gas and water installer or central heating and ventilation builder (m/w/d) with further training to the installer and heater master (m/w/d); alternatively a comparable qualification with suitability as gas and/or water concession carrier (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in SHK craft, ideally in independent project management or construction management in the area of heating, sanitary, ventilation or technical building equipment (TGA) Funded practical knowledge in project processing as well as experience in costing, offering and economic project management Technical understanding, commercial thinking and safe handling of customers, technicians and other project participants Self-structed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as enforcing and awareness of responsibility Embossed team orientation, communication strength and joy in cooperation in a family working environment Driving licence class B as well as interest in developing professionally and perspectively into a further management function
