In 3 years, we will show you how to carry out chemical, physical and microbiological studies on dairy products, thus ensuring the various production steps. You learn how to take samples, analyze them in depth with modern laboratory equipment and keep your findings in a documentary manner. With regard to additives and packaging materials, your controlling look is also in demand, because you care for an equally high quality. We teach you what you need to know about the elements of water and air, how detergents work in detail and why the factor hygiene is so important. Block tuition at the vocational school makes you fit to demonstrate living systems in detail – except for how to record data and optimally organize manufacturing processes.

You have a good school degree or a very good school degree. Good grades in mathematics and in the field of natural sciences. You are an open-minded, self-confident and communication-strong personality.

You will receive an annual grant of €120.00 for teaching materials. For longer journeys, you will receive a fare grant. After passing professional training, we offer you a 12-month acquisition guarantee within the group. The vocational school takes place centrally in an educational establishment, and we take over the entire school and accommodation costs.
