Cloud Administrator / Entra-ID & Microsoft 365 Architect (m/w/d) #0229 Unlimited, full-time (40 hours/week)

Development and implementation of a group-wide Entra-ID and Microsoft-365-tenant strategy in the international environment Conception and implementation of a uniform identity and authorization concept across multiple divisions Design and control of Active-Directory synchronization (Hybrid Identity, Entra Connect, Cloud Sync) Definition and enforcement of standards for role models, group structures, licensing concepts and governance guidelines Construction and development of conditional access, MFA and zero-trust concepts Development and implementation of identity protection strategies. Conception and implementation of Mobile Device Management and a company-wide device strategy in the hybrid model Introduction and Development of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Controlling international rollouts from Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune) Advising management and IT managers on strategic cloud and identity issues Cooperation with internal departments and external service providers

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. You have several years of practical experience in the Microsoft cloud environment, focusing on Entra ID and Microsoft 365. You have sound knowledge of hybrid identity architectures including Active Directory, Entra ID and synchronization mechanisms. You have detectable experience with governance, role and authorization concepts in complex corporate structures. You have very good knowledge of Conditional Access and modern security architectures. You have already successfully introduced identity protection and privileged identity management solutions. You can master German and English safely in word and writing. Knowledge in the field of mobile device management and endpoint strategies is advantageous. You ideally have PowerShell know-how and experience in automation. You work structured, conceptual and strategic. You communicate with international locations.
