Analysis and optimization of existing business processes in strategic and operational process management, in particular with SAP Signavio Modeling and documentation of workflows and processes to improve efficiency in study operations and administration Monitoring and regular evaluation of established processes. Continuous further development in exchange with the departments Conception and implementation of workshops and training for the introduction or further development of processes Contact person in overarching processes.
