You support our team in quality, environmental and energy management (QMS, UMS, EnMS) and get exciting insights into the comprehensive management and development of these systems in a manufacturing industrial company You can help optimize our management processes – e.g. by working on internal audits, preparing documentation or evaluating data on environmental and energy performance You learn how to implement the requirements for a certified quality management system according to ISO 9001 – without working in operational quality assurance You are actively involved in the rollout of a new digital energy management system – a central project that is being introduced at all our production sites You carry out your own tasks or smaller subprojects, for example in the field of data analysis, training documents or in the preparation of system audits – of course with support from experienced colleagues You work closely with different disciplines and introduce your ideas when it comes to developing our management systems and making them more sustainable

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of environmental technology, energy management, economic engineering, process engineering, BWL, sustainability management or a comparable discipline You are interested in business environment and energy topics as well as management systems and want to understand how companies apply and develop them in practice You like to work structured, have a good analytical understanding and do not hesitate to technical or data-related tasks You bring motivation and self-initiative – even if you are new to terms like “ISO 50001” or “internal audits” You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint You like to work in the team, are communicative and actively contribute your ideas You ideally have time for a full-time practical semester or look for a longer-term student activity with approx. 15–20 hours per week
