My tasks:

Preparation of the assembly order:

Examination of the order on the basis of the list of pieces for completeness and accuracy, in case of unclearness. Selection and provision of the required manufacturing aids such as tools and measuring means.

complete assembly:

Series-specific complete assembly of the unit. Wiring and piping according to the specified functional plan. Intermediate testing, e.g. measuring and sealing tests and electrical tests. Documentation of the progress of work. Fixing errors and performing rework. Implementation of functional and final tests. Implementation of quality assurance measures.

My profile:

Complete training as an industrial mechanic. First professional experience desirable. Good knowledge of German in word and writing. Excellent quality awareness. Certain, thorough and structured work. Flexibility, independence, loadability and team orientation. Ready to work in the shift system.
