In this newly created leadership position you combine deep expertise with a modern, motivating leadership style. You take responsibility for a seven-member team, actively shape processes and ensure reliable, transparent and forward-looking financial reporting.

Leadership & Development: You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a seven-member team. You create a motivating working environment, promote individual strengths, accompany change processes and advance the professional development of your employees. Completion: Together with your team, you are responsible for the creation of our monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS – precise, timely and with a glance for the essential. Group accounting: You coordinate our reporting according to IFRS to our French corporate mother. Projects: You conduct group-wide projects with high process and technical complexity. Report of balance sheet: You take over the technical assessment of balance sheet issues (HGB and IFRS), accompany the introduction of new accounting standards and document them accordingly. Processes: You develop new processes, implement these and digitize existing processes in our main accounting incl. the further development of our accounting-related IKS. Contact person: You are the main contact person for auditors and auditors.

Education: You have completed an economic study (e.g. M. Sc., Diplom-Kaufmann (m/w/d)) or you have a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring at least two years of leadership experience as a team leader in accounting or in a comparable position at an audit firm. Expertise: You have knowledge of HGB and IFRS. System experience: Ideally, you have experience in handling SAP, especially in the R/3 module. Communication strength: You communicate clearly and solution-oriented in German and English in word and writing.
