As an Experte Group ICS & Group Risk (m/w/d), you are responsible for the further development and monitoring of the internal control system (ICS) and its integration in business processes You analyze and evaluate existing control mechanisms and develop optimization proposals for risk mitigation You support the identification, evaluation and management of corporate risks You coordinate and accompany internal and external audits in the field of ICS and risk management Reports and analyses for management on the transparency of the risk environment and the effectiveness of internal controls You work closely with various disciplines to strengthen awareness of risks and control mechanisms in the company You accompany and support the digitalization and automation of the internal control system as a contact person for the departments

A successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification

Multiannual (at least 2-3 years) professional experience in the field of internal control system and risk management, ideally in an international business environment or advice

Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. COSO, ISO 31000) and best practices in the field of ICS and risk management

Experience in the implementation and optimization of control mechanisms and risk management processes

Secure handling of common ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Further knowledge of corresponding ICS tools

Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working

Very good communication skills in German and English
