Assistant to the Management - Sales / Quality Management (m/f/d)

As a central interface to sales, you support the management in strategic and organizational tasks and coordinate appointments with the regional and regional leaders. You are responsible for quality management for our gaming halls and control the entire certification process in close coordination with external audit organisations. You take over the management of your own subprojects from planning to implementation and work closely with interdisciplinary teams from different disciplines. You actively shape our corporate culture by helping to further develop the intranet, planning corporate events and engaging in the ''Feel Good' Task Force. You participate in special tasks across departments and ensure the performance of tasks in the company by your organizational institution.

You have a degree (e.g. BWL, Communication) or a commercial training as well as first professional experience in an assistance role. You are safe in handling MS Office and have ideally already gained experience in project or quality management. You can show your communication strength in very good German in word and writing – good English skills are a plus, but no need. As a loyal and discreet personality, you are absolutely trusting, performing confidently and possessing a high degree of empathy. With your structured, reliable way of working and good time management, you always keep an overview of the various tasks.
