Creation, maintenance and updating of Work Instructions (WIs) for operational processes Support in the documentation and follow-up of training measures Working with internal trainer (m/w/d) to ensure training quality and conformity Participation in the care of the Skills matrix and qualification overviews Preparation and Support for Audits in Training & Compliance Close cooperation with Operations and HR Support for the integration of new employees through structured onboarding documentation
Complete vocational training or studies in the field of logistics, adult education, quality management or comparable First experience in creating process documentation or training documents Safe handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of LMS systems Structured operation, accuracy and communication strength Good knowledge of German and English
