The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. We are looking for an experienced IT operating administrator (ZOOM) who reliably supervises our Business Service ZOOM and supports the release of our previous video conferencing technology, the existing TK systems and the DeskSharing. BImA is currently introducing a new video conferencing technology, including telephony with ZOOM.

User management: Creating, deleting and managing user accounts and assigning licenses and roles Security management: configuration of security features such as encryption, waiting rooms, passcodes and SSO Platform Configuration: Set global settings for meetings, webinars and Zoom Phone Support & Troubleshooting: Analysis of Connection Problems and Technical Support for End Users Reporting: Monitoring the use and quality of meetings via Zoom Dashboard These tasks require a strategic, solution-oriented operation and a high degree of communication and coordination capabilities. We work mobile and flexible. However, on occasions on the service/workplace, service trips may be incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Education: Completed technical university studies (Bachelor or Fachhochschulbildung) in computer science, economic informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
