The NOLTE is more than a brewhouse – it is a place that tells stories. Our house combines regional cuisine with real brewing art and a clear mission: we stand for sustainability, quality and hospitality with heart. Since 2018 we have been Slovene food certified, since 2020 we are brewing exclusively organic beer – and we are constantly developing.

To strengthen our team we are looking for:n Koch | Köchin (m|w|d) – on a mini-job basis as a jumper:in / vacation & disease representation

This is your job with us:

• Support in the kitchen in case of failures, representations and if necessary in day and event business
• Work and stand-alone work at your post (Mise en Place, preparation, dressing)
• Working in regional cuisine and seasonal specials
• Careful compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Close cooperation with kitchen, service and safes for smooth processes

• Complete cooking training or solid practical kitchen experience
• Fun on honest crafts kitchen, regional products and beer culture
• Reliability, flexibility and team spirit
• Clean, structured work – even if it gets spontaneous
• Basic knowledge of HACCP
• Good knowledge of German

• Mini job on call
• Use primarily as a holiday and disease representation as well as for cushioning tips
• Work in an esteeming, playful team
