Project Manager (m/w/d) Sustainability & Carbon Footprint

Our client is an internationally successful automotive supplier with company headquarters and production sites in the southwest of Germany. As a system and solution supplier, the company manufactures innovative products and complete solutions of outstanding quality in many years of development partnership with its customers. In this newly created position, you are the central contact person for the systematic investigation, analysis and documentation of the CO2 emissions of our products and processes. They work closely with the HSE team, purchasing, controlling and production and actively help to make sustainability measurable and feasible.

Product-related balancing of CO2 footprints (Scope 1 & 2) incl. Differentiation by components performing and evaluating internal measurements (current, gas, compressed air) Cooperation with purchasing to collect CO2 values for purchases Customer reporting in the OEM environment, partly based on customer-specific specifications Working to build a system for data collection and evaluation Perspective: Professional leadership of another employee at an international location

(m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) Experience in the industrial environment, ideally in the automotive sector knowledge of energy and CO2 measurement and ideally in the field of environmental and sustainability management Structured, independent and team-oriented work SAP knowledge of advantage, ERP basic understanding desirable Very good German and good English skills
