The Mercedes-Benz e-commerce team and the Privacy Management Team for passenger cars have the goal of ensuring the best customer experience to achieve high and long-term customer loyalty. These challenges await you: Supporting our international project teams within the e-commerce & privacy management teams in Germany, Portugal and India Support of product managers in the rollout of the Privacy Center in new markets (communication and translation management) Project management tasks: support in planning and organizing meetings and workshops Test Management: Testing the functionality of the Privacy Center, our e-commerce solutions and our AI search in various markets Cooperation with other departments (e.g. Financial Services, After-Sales, IT, Marketing, Legal, etc.) Maintenance of project-related communication platforms (Jira and Confluence) Research on Consent Management and other e-commerce trends as well as competition activities in the field of legally consistent implementation of regulations in various markets The activity can begin from april 2026.

You are currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, IT and Business Management, UX Design, Economics or a comparable degree course Good knowledge in English (written and oral) and German (written and oral) Ideally, you have relevant experience in project management, communication and IT You possess good analytical skills and a structured way of working A flexible, communicative and proactive personality with intercultural skills Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
