Occupational Safety Specialist - ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, EMAS (m/f/d)

You take over all tasks of a specialist in occupational safety according to § 5 ASiG and DGUV V2, responsible for operational safety management and continuously develop safety strategies and concepts You assess workplaces, work processes and procedures with regard to possible risks, carry out risk assessments, redesign processes as needed in terms of safety and carry out regular safety efforts including action tracking You advise and assist in the safety-related decline of machines and equipment for metal processing and in the construction and maintenance of the plant and equipment cataster You act as occupational safety management officers, ensure the certification according to DIN EN ISO 45001 and are the central contact person for management, employees and foreign companies in all safety issues You organize and accompany information, training and instruction events, communicate with accident insurance providers and supervisory authorities, actively participate in the further development of the safety culture and support managers in safety-relevant management behaviour and other tasks after your supervisor has been informed

Complete training on occupational safety and sound knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and management systems (including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, EMAS) Embossed conceptual skills, structured work and organizational talent High communication strength, enforcement ability and persuasive power in dealing with various internal and external contacts High self-motivation, flexibility and willingness to take responsibility in safety-related topics Very good English skills in word and writing
