You have at least three years of training in the field of building cleaning or experience in a pre-worker function. You have profound expertise and practical experience in building cleaning. You work independently, reliably and responsibly. You appear open and friendly in dealing with people. You are characterized by a structured and customer-oriented way of working. You have organisational skills and keep an overview in challenging situations. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing. You are owned by a class B licence. You have basic PC skills. You have the training certificate or alternatively have the willingness to acquire it.
