Training Coordinator Logistics (m/f/d)

You are central contact persons for our trainees both during onboarding and throughout the entire training period. You conduct regular feedback talks, accompany exam preparation and provide individual support in professional and personal challenges You are responsible for the planning, organization and control of all training processes in our central warehouse. You therefore also ensure the continuous improvement of existing training concepts and implement strategic initiatives to further develop the training sector. You are actively involved in the recruiting process. This includes the implementation of interviews and the selection of suitable candidates as well as the participation in recruiting events such as school and trade fair visits You work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth course of training. In addition, intensive contact with vocational schools and other external educational institutions to optimally combine theoretical training with practical experience You are also responsible for implementing the existing onboarding concept for our new colleagues and continuously developing it

A completed study or a completed commercial training, ideally in the field of logistics, or a comparable qualification You ideally have experience in the care and coordination of trainees. Your previous activities have given you an insight into the requirements and challenges of training coordination You have a training certificate (AEVO). So you can continue to secure and improve the quality of training Your strength lies in your high social competence and your joy in dealing with people. You like to take over a mentor role and support trainees in their personal and professional development You are a communicating person who is convinced by clear and transparent communication. At the same time, you can assert yourself and make decisions confidently
