As a pedagogical specialist or nursing specialist (m/w/d) you will bring your sympathy and expertise to change the lives of our residents in a sustainable way.

Your job:

• Working with the reference assistance system
• Planning, implementation and documentation of the internal management plan process for assigned clients
• Designing and ensuring a structured daily and weekly routine, including pre- and post-processing of meals
• Advice, support and support of clients in everyday matters and driving and accompanying services
• Coordination of doctoral and specialist appointments as well as ensuring medical care
• Implementation of substitutions and drug screenings
