They support our team as HR Business Partner (m/d)

They are the first respondent: for executives and employees in all personal topics along the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting to development to offboarding for our locations in Germany and Austria. As a trusted HR Business Partner, you support executives in implementing HR strategies, processes and best practices. You are actively involved in: you take responsibility for strategic and operational personnel planning and bring your ideas into HR projects, some of which are also responsible. They build bridges: In close cooperation with the works councils, you will ensure constructive and partnership cooperation. You ensure quality and compliance: They ensure that all HR measures are implemented legally, fairly and in accordance with our corporate policies. They develop standards: they design local HR policies, processes and standards that meet both the corporate goals and the needs of our employees.

HR expert: You have a degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification. Practical professional experience: They have multi-year practical professional experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR Manager. Experience in the consumer goods industry (FMCG) is of advantage, but no need. Sovereign Stakeholder Management: They are strong in communication and move safely in exchange with experienced decision-makers as well as stakeholders, such as the Works Council. Proactive thinking: They do not wait for tasks, they recognise the need for action at an early stage, drive themes forward independently and introduce new impulses. Digital fit: Ideally you bring experience with Workday or comparable HR systems. Language competence: They speak fluently German and English (at least C1).
