Your mission in the PDL market: Startup spirit in the Group environment: From the outset, you support building and developing a branch in your region. Learning sales from the Pike: You learn how to successfully win customers – from initial contact to support regional companies. Recruiting Excellence: You accompany applicants through the entire process, build your own skill pool and find the right job for everyone.

Your profile for success: Foundation laid: You have a completed study or a commercial training. First insights: Ideally, you bring first practical experiences from the HR area, sales or customer support (e.g. through internships or side jobs). You may not yet know the Employee Transfer Act (AÜG) – but you are keen to incorporate yourself into topics such as equal pay and collective agreements by our experts. Macher mentality: You have fun dealing with people, having negotiation skills and the bite to achieve goals together in the team. Regional Insider: You are well connected in your region and know the local economy.
