• Careful processing and monitoring of commercial processes around the goods entry and exit

• System registration and coordination of transport service providers including administration of transport dates at hall gates

• Daily control of goods entry or exits using internal control procedures

• Communication and exchange with our customers and internal departments

• Handling and acceptance of truck/KEP service manager incl. Processing of the required papers

• Combination and processing of relevant data for monthly billing and booking and management of pallet accounts

• Complete commercial vocational training, ideally in the freight forwarding/ logistics sector or comparable training

• Professional experience in the field of logistics desirable

• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing and very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel

• Good understanding of figures and quick understanding

• High level of social and communication skills and structured and team-oriented working style

• Ready for shiftwork
