Under the brand “RheinRuhrBahn” the Transdev Rhein-Ruhr currently operates 6 lines in North Rhine-Westphalia. The operation is subject to constant influences due to irregularities in the operation. Our disponents respond to these influences and thus ensure the success of the operation and the quality of service expected by the customer every day. For the professional management of the dispatchers we are looking for two Key User in Business Management (w/m/d) in full time at the Duisburg site.

You are the contact person for all the technical and cross-network topics You guide the team of the dispatchers In coordination with the Head of Operation Control, you ensure that workflows and processes are optimized in operation control You develop the operating control and the MRP manuals You will take care of the investigation, evaluation and documentation of operational irregularities with the aim of increasing operational quality You ensure the training and further training of the employees according to the instructions of the Head of Operational Control You support the Head of Operations Control in implementing the requirements of the traffic agreements You take over the professional holiday and disease representation of the Head of Business Administration If necessary, you take individual layers in the control center

You have a completed vocational training with at least one year's professional experience in the disposition of a railway undertaking You develop concepts and ideas creatively and are motivated to improve every day by the influences on operating control Service- and result-oriented thinking and acting as well as high customer orientation (internal and external) are of course for you You are able to work independently and team-oriented You show commitment, enforcement strength, organisational talent and flexibility You have a high social and communication skills Good computer knowledge and the readiness to interchange service complete your profile
