Junior Tender Manager Transport Logistics (m/f/d)

Supporting our tender management in the processing and coordination of national and international transport tenders in road freight transport – from the request for tenders to the timely delivery fee Creation and maintenance of tender documents, price sheets and custom templates for customers from the automotive and industrial sectors Participation in the calculation of transport concepts and in cost-effectiveness and price analyses Coordination with key account management, operations, disposition, fleet, controlling and billing for the development of economic and customer-oriented offers Own takeover of defined tasks in the tendering and implementation process and support in the introduction of new customers Maintenance and updating of tender, customer and price data and ensuring high data quality Ensuring the completeness and quality of tender documents, calculations and master data in compliance with tendering deadlines and internal quality standards Careful documentation of all relevant tender and implementation data Close cross-departmental cooperation and ensuring a smooth flow of information between Tender Management and the operational areas

Complete bachelor's or master's degree, ideally focusing on logistics, supply chain management, sales management, controlling, finance or a comparable subject Professionals: women are welcome, first practical experiences through internships or student work are of advantage Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, first experiences with Power BI are desirable Analytical thinking and interest in economic relationships Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Teamability and strong communication skills Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing High sense of responsibility as well as a discreet and trustful handling of customer, price and company-related information
