Junior Accountant (m/w/d)

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Junior Accounting Specialist with strong MS-Excel skills to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will assist in various accounting tasks, including data entry, financial reporting, and reconciliation. Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports using MS-Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Invoice Processing: Assist in processing invoices and managing accounts and receivable. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: some initial experience in accounting or finance roles Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, tables, and macros. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
