Multi-year, well-founded experience in facility management or technical object management Ideal experience in the commercial, retail or real estate environment routine in budget planning, cost control and reporting Ability to transfer strategic targets to an efficient operating daily business Experience in the field of CSR / Sustainability Embossed organizational strength and result orientation Teamability, Enforcement and Clear Communication Proactive operation with pronounced hands-on mentality Good English knowledge of word and writing
