We offer these tasks You run one of the teams “contract service” in stock customer business professionally and disciplinary You are responsible for the performance and further development of the professional and personal skills of the employees You enthuse the team, promote team engagement and increase the commitment to the ARAG KV You actively promote strategic development and meet personal and professional decisions within your task You recognize and accompany the optimization of existing core processes, in particular IT processes in our management system and the improvement of service quality for our customers The close exchange with the other team lines is of course for you. You are also working on topics with trust and profit from external stakeholders.

You are a designated insurance expert (m/w/d) and you are doing this with an apprenticeship as a businessman for insurance and finance (m/w/d) ideally with further education as a specialist (m/w/d) or a university degree You bring many years of experience in private health insurance - ideally in stock customer business or an operating unit. You bring disciplinary or professional leadership experience or have successfully managed and implemented complex projects. You take responsibility for people, results and decisions and connect empathy with clear target orientation and sovereign communication at all levels. Your analytical and conceptual strength, your digital affinity as well as your structured way of working allow you to make informed decisions and sustainable solutions in dynamic phases German language skills (at least C1 level) complete your profile
