Specialist Staff Planning (m/w/d) On the basis of the planned train traffic, You ensure the timely and economical deployment planning of the drivers (m/w/d). As a central interface, you take over the coordination and communication with the drivers (m/w/d) and with the relevant infrastructure partners. Your task also includes the creation of service plans and the allocation of layers to the driver (m/w/d). You are responsible for the continuous monitoring of the availability of personnel resources. In addition, you coordinate training measures and ensure their implementation in line with requirements. In close cooperation, you agree with the operational planning in the dispositive area.

A completed training as a railway operator (m/w/d) in the company service or alternatively as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services with additional ground-based qualifications or a comparable qualification you bring. Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience in rail freight transport. Knowledge in the field of personnel planning is your technical strengths. Good geographical knowledge will help you to successfully carry out your activity. Very good knowledge of German as well as knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile.
