Application deadline: 14.10.2026 Do you want to be responsible for the strategic development of the OP management in close coordination with the Executive Director and to ensure the efficiency, quality and performance of the OP area? The analysis of relevant key figures and the targeted optimization of processes continuously develop structures and processes. Together with the OP coordination, you will conduct the Anesthesia and OP function services, responsible for personnel development, qualification management and human resources management and actively contribute to cross-departmental projects and change processes. A special focus is on the co-design of the pioneering renovation and new building project.
