As an architectin or civil engineerin in the building management department, you take over planning and building tasks for the execution of maintenance, renovation and renewal measures from the performance phase 1-9 HOAI You serve the buildings, the infrastructure and the associated outdoor areas that are organisationally assigned to the Mainz site You work in interdisciplinary project teams You bring about the strategic development of the building stock

You have completed university studies in architecture or civil engineering You have professional experience as project and construction manager*in and have experience in the field of contractor representation You can strategically think and control challenging rebuilding projects in the stock You have basic knowledge in the fields of energy technology, safety and networks, climate technology and in building and space acoustics You work independently, structured and at the same time team-oriented You have the willingness to travel on the project and have a class B licence
