For over 30 years, MSG Krandienst GmbH has been a regional market leader in crane and heavy duty services. We implement demanding lifting and transport tasks for construction companies, industry and crafts. In order to strengthen our team at the Kehl site, we are looking for a dedicated employee in the sales service (m/w/d).

Care and advice of our existing and new customers Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships Creation and tracking of offers Support for external services and close cooperation with MRP Telephone and written customer communication Recording of technical requirements of customers and construction sites Maintenance of customer and order data

Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. merchant/wife for office management, technical merchant, industrial merchant/wife) Experience in the sales service or customer service Technical understanding or interest in crane and lifting technology desirable Safe handling of MS Office Communication strength, team capacity and structured working Individual initiative, commitment and joy in customer-oriented sales
