We are looking for a Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

As a commercial management, you take the lead of an experienced team and are responsible for key tasks relating to accounting, controlling and strategic financial management. You not only tax the financial processes – you actively shape the company's financial future.

Financial navigatorin: You assume the overall responsibility for Accounting and Controlling (8 employees) and ensure safe navigation through GuV, balance sheet, liquidity and tax issues. Reporting professional: You are responsible for the production of monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to IFRS as well as annual accounts according to HGB – precise, timely and meaningful. Controlling with strategy: You actively contribute to corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting and develop data-based decision-making for our management. Designerin the financial future: You develop a long-term financial strategy and support growth initiatives with resilient business cases and scenario analyses. Liquidity Managerin: You are responsible for financial stability and security through professional liquidity planning and control. Project driverin: You initiate and guide projects for process optimization and efficiency improvement in the financial sector. Stakeholder Champion: You are a trusted collaboration with our corporate mother, banks, tax advisors, auditors and other partners.

A completed study in the field of BWL, finance, accounting or a comparable qualification – your basis for sound decisions. Experience with vision: You have several years of professional experience in a similar position with leadership responsibility and know how to motivate and successfully manage teams. Safe in numbers & standards: HGB and IFRS are not foreign words for you, but daily craftsmen. Interface expert: Whether a group, auditors, tax advisors or banks – you are sure to move in dialogue with external partners and understand their requirements. High-communication & entrepreneurial: You bring things to the point, negotiate solution-oriented and always think in the sense of the company and also in English.
